She lasted less than 2 weeks. Granted my son is special needs so not everyone’s cup of tea, but she knew this. She finished working on a Thursday, left keys in the house (we thought by mistake), and told us Sunday afternoon she’s no longer working via text. This left us stranded and scrambling come Monday. People can always quit, but the way done was inconsiderate.
