After working in various children's theatre camps as a counselor, I realized how much I truly enjoy working with kids and began to pursue various positions as nanny, babysitter, and camp counselor throughout my high school career. Every summer for four years, I acted as the full-time nanny for two sweet children ages seven and nine. I arrived at their house each morning at 6:30 AM, cooked breakfast, planned activities, made lunch took care of basic household chores, reviewed school materials, carried them to practice, and always started dinner for mom who arrived home at 7 PM. I also regularly babysat on weeknights for varying families and was happy to play games, do homework, make dinner, and do bedtime. I am passionate about childcare as I know these early moments are precious and hope to positively influence their growing up.
