- Comfortable with pets
am a seasoned babysitter currently attending a full-time Masters of Social Work program at Columbia University. While I am very busy much of the time, I am hoping to fill my free time with what I love - babysitting! I am primarily looking for evening and weekend occasional work, but would also love to start relationships with families to work on a recurring basis! I have experience working as a nanny for an infant/toddler, from when she was 3 months old to two years, and have worked at the Skidmore College preschool program with children ages 18-months to 3 years. Since moving to NY I have also spent about eight months nannying for an infant girl. Additionally, I spent significant time (over 4 years) working with a severely autistic nonverbal 15-year-old boy; playing, education activities, reading, using speech applications such as ProLoQuo, etc. References available upon request. Please let me Read more know if you would be interested in meeting! Hillary H
