I have been working with children for over 13 years. Not only have I worked with many private families and various programs dedicated towards childcare, such as the YMCA, but I've also combined my passion for the arts with my love for children. This has led me to work with non-profit arts programs like Rosie's Theater Kids and to work with children in film and television. I graduated NYU's Drama program in 2012 and have been working as an actor/filmmaker/babysitter and nanny in the city ever since. I love going outdoors, running around, hiking, playing sports (especially soccer) and just enjoying that magical--and sweaty--summer fun that NYC has to offer. I have babysat children of all ages ranging from newborns to preteens. I love finding the creative side of children, engaging their active side but also helping them maintain a high academic standard.

Alexandra worked for us this summer caring for our 8 year old boy/girl twins. The job involved picking them up from the bus from camp, preparing dinner, providing baths/showers and overall playing with them. I would highly recommend Alexandra - she was always on time with a smile on her face and our kids loved having her as their babysitter. She is fun, yet firm, and a good role model for your children!
