I am an experienced baby sitter and nanny with a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University. I have a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida with a minor in Family, Youth and Community services. I love children and worked steadily as a nanny for nearly six years while attending school. I love doing crafts, reading and helping to foster children's creativity. I've worked with children of all ages, including newborns (starting as early as one month), and I'm comfortable with multiples. I love animals and don't mind doing housework. In addition, my currently work has given me tremendous experience in working with children with special needs, including those with developmental disabilities such as autism and mental health concerns such as ADHD. I am currently looking for part time weekend, evening or overnight work to help supplement my income.

We used Lisa while vacationing in the area. She was prompt, personable, and great with my son. She has a very easy demeanor. My son can be very shy around strangers and I know that the first time she babysat he cried when I left. She handled herself well trying to put him at ease and even got him to go to sleep. No small task in my house. I was pleased to have met her and used her services. I would use her again if the opportunity arises.
