I began working with children when I was about 12 years old, helping neighbors and family members free of charge because I always had fun. From there, I started as a mothers helper and began babysitting by myself when I was 14. I was part of the Early Childhood Education program at Northport High School until my graduating year (2011). As a senior, I was chosen among a select group to act as an assistant teacher alongside my high school teacher at the NHS pre school. I am CPR and First Aid certified for infants, children, and adults. Aside from the many families I have/currently babysit for, my work experience includes assisting in music/gymnastics/movement classes for toddlers, and an assistant care provider at a day care for children as young as 4 months old to school aged children after school.
