Thank you for viewing my profile! My name is Makenzie and I am an Elementary Education Junior at New Paltz University. Ever since I had the opportunity to care for children it has become my passion and even my career preference. This journey has begun in Washington State which is my home state and where I lived until I was nineteen years old. My first job was babysitting my neighbors two year old baby girl. I was the only person besides her mother that could put her to bed! Since then I have had many childcare jobs including being a live-in nanny in Hopewell Junction in the summer of 2016 between my freshman and sophomore year of college. It was a low paying live-in nanny job but an amazing experience that taught me more than I could have every imagined. I am more than prepared to be a caregiver for Read more your child and hope to have the opportunity to do so. I will have a valid driver's license and car officially in the middle of June! Thank you!
