My name is Mischa (mish-ka). I am a 20yr old college student. I am patient, understanding, astute and nurturing. I have worked with children between the ages of 1-9yrs of age. Working at the Boys and Girls club of Metro Queens allowed to gain experience working with children ages 5-9. I have come into to contact with many children from special needs to kids with allergies. They all have shown me a great deal of energy which I love. Putting together curriculums and activities is the greatest part. It get children out of their shells and ready to interact after homework. Different training sessions are mandatory to help find different tatics for child management, activities, mediation, home work and CPR. The experience of teaching and sharing appropriate knowledge with children and watching them take in information brings me such joy. Also how they apply information to everyday life. I've also Read more have had my share of infants. I was an at home care giver. Particularly to a 1yr old premature asthmatic whose mother's Lupus condition was activated during her pregnancy. From rushing to Bellvue hospital for appointments to mini exercises and maintaining a healthy diet taking care of infants is one of my greatest joys. All at the ages of 1-2yrs old. The laughter that erupts from an infant is a great gift that I am glad to have been apart of. Children are the most precious things we offer this world and it is our job to make sure they are safe, intellectual and ready for the world.
