Hello! Thank you for viewing my profile, my name is Fallon and I have babysat since the age of 13, but I have been a Professional Nanny for the past 9 years. My style is to be lighthearted and fun while still remaining the authority figure. I have primarily worked for children with special needs and that experience enables me to bring to the table a varied background of experience such as potty training at a later age, behavior modification, food issues, etc. I am currently with a family I have been with for 8 years, there is an 18 yr old daughter and a 15 yr old son with Downs Syndrome, they were 10 and 7 when I first met them, but will always be my baby's! I have experience with children ages newborn-18, and I also have experience and training with a variety of special needs and temperaments, Read more I can still be productive under pressure and, I can remain balanced and adjust to varying situations and responsibilities. The most children I have ever been responsible for at one time is 4. Its been said it takes a village to raise a child, and I consider myself a part of that village when it comes to being a nanny. So sometimes I'm a big sister, sometimes counselor, therapist, friend, etc. My first priority is always the children. Their safety, health and well being is of the highest concern to me. My intention is always to be helpful, and fill in where needed. I call it nanny spackle! Im flexible and very loyal, and Im looking for my next family I can grow with.
