Hi I'm Katherine! I'm 19 years old and going into my junior year of college at SUNY Binghamton. I come from a large family and I love people of all ages and backgrounds, especially children and teens. I love helping them grow and learn and just having fun with them. I am CPR certified and very responsible. I have an insured car to use and a valid drivers license. I've never nannied for pay before but I've been watching my younger sister when my parents are out for close to a decade now. I was in Big Brother Big Sisters for 3 years in high school. I've taken four childhood and special education classes at SUNY Geneseo, all of which I received A's in. One class had weekly visits to a local kindergarten where I would co-teach for half of the day. Additionally, I've tutored all of high school and Read more for the past 2 years of college, mostly in math. I've tutored grades 6 through college calculus. I'm easy going but am not a push over by any means. I know that with guidelines and established ground rules, children can excel with less of an ironclad rule. I am diligent and attentive, a fast learner, good multitasker, and am very friendly and open minded. I love arts and crafts, playing make believe and reading with kids, and playing outside. Basically, anything your kids like to do I honestly enjoy too! I would love it if you considered me to take of your children. You won't be disappointed!
