Hi, my name is Samantha. I am back from law school for the summer. Before law school I was a full time nanny for two kids, ages 7 and 9. I was with the family for two years. I also did light housekeeping as well as meal prep everyday. During the school season, I was responsible for waking the kids up and putting them on the bus. I would come back to get them off the bus and help with homework until their mom got home. During the summer I watched the kids from 6AM to 6PM. During that time, i brought them to the pool, took them to the park, the movies, etc. I enjoy being a nanny and being able to make an impact in these children's lives any way I could. I believe it is extremely important to care about the children as if they are family Read more rather than just viewing them as a job. It is so vital for children to have close relationships with the people that take care of them so that they feel safe and happy. Being a nanny is more than a job, its about making connections and protecting families.
