My name is Kristen and I am twenty-one years old. I am kind, respectful and responsible. I am graduating from Iona College in May with a BS in Speech Communication Studies. I aspire to be a Speech Language Pathologist in my future as I adore working with children, with and without disabilities. I have ample experience working with children of all ages as I have worked as a nanny for a newborn, had countless babysitting jobs, worked at a UAU summer camp at IS2 where I coordinated play activities and supervised 20 children daily, tutor second grade students at the Iona College Success Center, and work currently as a Special Education Aide for a male student with Autism. I am a certified Mandated Reporter and have ample observation hours as I have observed licensed Speech Language Pathologists during clinical sessions working with children with disabilities to improve speech issues, swallowing, Read more and enhance quality of like.
