As a teacher, and then a mom and nanny, I know what parents are looking for when it comes to child care. I am starting my own home daycare in September, and am looking to work with families who appreciate a small group setting for their child, as well as an educational type atmosphere. Our day will consist of circle time (emphasis on calendar activities, story time, and music), educational activities (letter of the week, math skills), free play and choice time, outdoor play, and sensory play. All play based activities will be geared toward toddler and preschool age children. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided. Hours and rates are dependent on your needs. Your child will be treated like part of the family while in my home. I would love to hear from you.
