I have a strong passion for child care. I am a current college student studying psychology and planning on double majoring in the fall with early childhood education. During high school, I have taken a class that allows me to shadow teachers and learn what they do during the day. I am interested in teaching and being able to help children be successful. After taking this class, I have strengthened my skills in working working with children and their school work. Also I have taken a class over babysitting safety and first aid of newborns-teenagers. In the past, I have worked with two families. One was for a family with three girls; starting from age 7-10. I have worked with them occasionally for about three years now. While babysitting them, I would provide dinner and homework help. Also I would take them to the park, movies, or to a neighborhood Read more pool. In addition to that family, during the summer, for the past two years, I would watch a family of two boys. They were at the ages of 6 and 10. During my time with this family, I was in charge of providing lunch, summer tutoring, carpooling, and leading fun and creative activities. Some of my qualifications would include; experience with children, creative, active, artsy, energetic, quick thinking, problem solver, safe driver, animal lover, intelligent, and I love working with children!
