I have experience babysitting infants through teens, and am willing to be trained by you regarding exactly how you would like your children & home to be cared for. For the last 23 years I have been a dance instructor of groups of children ages 2.5 & up, and for 12 of those years, I owned a dance studio of 225-300 students in the Lewis Center area, so I have LOTS of experience dealing with children of a variety of ages, boys & girls, and their parents, too! A big part of my teaching was making things positive and fun while sneaking an education in there. I'm very creative and delight in devising ways to make even mundane things into a good time--I'm especially handy with arts/crafts projects and introducing children to nature. My loves are Jesus, animals of all kinds, and being outdoors. I do have my own dependable vehicle, a 2008 Honda Element, but if your kids are little enough to need a car seat, I'll need to borrow yours. I live in Cardington, OH, and have commuted to various Columbus suburbs (up to 35 miles/45 minutes) since 1992, so if I've applied to your job, I'm willing to make the drive to your location on a regular basis. I'm loyal, responsible, and recognize that when you choose a nanny/sitter for your children, you are choosing a role model to entrust with your most precious little loves. I'm a night owl by nature, so overnighters are not a problem, and I am an avid pet-lover, so pets are a bonus, not a problem! I'm also a non-smoker.
