I'm the oldest of 5. My youngest brother was born when I was 13. With me being a teenager when he was born I was able to get a lot more experience. I love being this little boys big sister! I have been babysitting for other families since I was 14 as a freshman in HS. I was recommended by a teacher, to a family with a little boy who has Downs Syndrome. (Along with 2 other children. ) I babysat for them for a couple of summers until the mom got a different job and no longer needed me. I also babysit and clean for another family with four small children. They're ages 6 and under. The 6 year old boy has autism. At the beginning of 2017 I worked in a small daycare for a few months. That was a lot of fun! There just was not enough Read more hours there. I left the daycare to work in a group home with adults who have MRDD. That is where I'm currently employed. I am First Aid and CPR certified.
