Hi hi! I'm Gina and I'm 30 years old looking for a career change. I've spent the last six years working as an office manager for a family business in a home office. In the last three years the office had starting taking on on the role of a daycare when coworkers started having children and bringing them to the office everyday. I took on a very active role in their upbringing and prepared two meals a day for 2/3 children, helped to potty train, maintain proper boundaries and expectations, bath, change, and put down for naps. I enjoyed reading with the children and helping them learn at their level with fun crafts or experiments. I tried to get the kids involved in my activities and would often have them help me 'cook' or do 'emails' (as well as toddlers can) rather then set them up in front of a Read more screen. Also dance parties, gotta have the dance parties! I'm CPR and first aid certified for children and adults and have the most experience with children 0-4, however I love children of all ages and would love to be part of the village helping raise yours!
