Jessica cared for our 3 month old daughter in our hotel room while we were visiting Great Wolf Lodge so we could enjoy the waterpark with our older two children. As a first time user of sittercity.com and being from out of state I was more than a little nervous about leaving my 3 month old with someone I didn't know. However, the moment Jessica walked in, she put my mind at ease. Though she didn't watch my older 2 children she engaged with them too while they were in the room with her and had my usually shy and reserved 4 year old talking and laughing with her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jessica to someone else. She was ontime (despite nasty weather in the Dallas area) and communicated well with me throughout the process. She also provided me sitting references I could call when I requested them.
