I am looking for a full time position starting the end of June when my current position ends. I have worked with children since I was old enough to be a "mother's helper" in Girl Scouts! I have always loved working with infants and helping them grow and develop. I babysat for years for friends and neighbors and was a before&after school nanny for a family with a kindergartner and 2nd grader. I left a position as an Infant Teacher in a big name childcare center after working there over two years. I am looking to nanny for a family with an infant(s) or children under 3. I was the lead Teacher of my classroom and was the Mentor Teacher for Infants through Two's (I trained their teachers). I am looking for a family that I can click with and I would love to help your child/ children grow and Read more learn. I am pretty relaxed overall but fully believe in boundaries and structure. I teach children through games and play so most of the time they won't even know they are learning! Honestly I just want to have fun and take care of your children so that you feel comfortable when you go to work and you know they are loved and cared for! I got the "feels like home award" at work because when parents walk into my class they knew it was my room, I made it my own and their children were taken care of as if they were my own! I'm not sure exactly what else to say but I think if you give me a chance we can work something out so your child gets the love and care they deserve while you can't be there to give it to them yourselves!
