I have over 18 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field. I've been an infant teacher, toddler teacher, Educational Coordinator, and Assistant Director at 2 different Childcare Centers in the Columbus area. I ran my own In Home Childcare Center and preschool for 6 years. I created weekly lesson plans with daily activities in art, science, baking, math, music, dramatic play, fine motor and gross motor skills. I knew early on in life I had a love of children. I started babysitting when I was 13 years old. I took courses in Art Education and Early Childhood Education at Ohio State University, and Columbus State Community College. I have more than 70 hours of in-service training classes in Child Development and the Early Childhood Education field that have been certified by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. I love animals. I have 2 dogs and 1 Read more cat. I'm also a Wizard of Oz and Disney movies fan!
