Hello Families! My name is Julia and I have been nannying for nine years. Full time for the past five years and before that I was nannying part time for four years while I finished my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University. I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Batesville, Indiana in the Spring of 2020 to join my, then fiance, now husband! I have a LOT of experience working with children of all ages and abilities from not only my many years of nannying but also in my previous role as a resident camp counselor & manager and in my favorite role as a proud aunt! Most of my experience has been with the 1-5 year old crowd. However, I also have tons of experience with infants as well as school aged kids. I love creating new memories and experiences with children and seeing the Read more world through their eyes. It is truly one of the most special parts of my job! I take a lot of pride in my work. My goal is always to keep the children in my care safe, loved and growing! In past positions I have also helped manage households to help ease the lives of parents. Doing laundry, running errands, making appointments, organizing living spaces, etc. all to help keep a busy household running smoothly. I like to work as part of the "team" and pitch in wherever needed! Other things to know: I love to organize! I am very flexible and am used to working long hours, fluctuating schedules, weekends and I also travel with families for work/vacation. Cooking is one of my favorite things to do And I am a die-hard Cleveland sports fan (Browns, Cavs, Indians) I have met so many wonderful families on these sites over the last nine years.
