Hi, my name is Kristen. I’m a 25 year old mother to a 19 month old daughter. I have been babysitting since my brother was born 14 years ago. He was born with a hernia that resulted in a sever feeding disorder. When I was not in school I was with him at the children’s hospital working in various therapy sessions. I was allowed to assist the nurses there working with children that had various disabilities. After I graduated high school I started my degree in early childhood education with a focus of special education, sadly do to unforeseen circumstance I was not able to finish my degree. I hope to go back in finish after my daughters father finishes his degree and hopefully gets a steady job.
