Hi! I am a 20 year old looking for a long term job as a nanny/babysitter! I have more experience with infants than I do any other age group. I was a nanny to my adoptive brother for a full year. I can easily handle the responsibility without taking breaks. As for older children, I have a very fun time playing games and being active with them. I have a car so I can take them to the park or a library for socializing and reading. I once was certified in CPR and First Aid but I can still perform the action if needed. I don't smoke, I cook meals often for myself at home, and I took a Developmental Psych class at Penn State(Major in psychology). The class really helped with knowing the stages and types of play and development of each age group. I would be able to Read more tell if something is going on with the child or if the child needs any help. It's a sensitive time in development for children and I would make sure they feel safe and happy with me, a stranger coming to take care of them. Concerning pets, I absolutely love animals! I don't own any so I'm not too sure how I would take care of them, but if there was a specific schedule I could follow, please let me know! My dad was a lifeguard and was very particular about his kids knowing how to swim from a very young age, so if supervision is needed in a pool, I can also provide that. My personality: I'm very quirky, and energetic. I like to talk and have conversation. I'm an open individual and I tend to smile a lot. I care a lot about people and I love children. I hope to have my own one day. Hobbies: Playing flute, Singing, baking, playing games(online and outside) Availability: 7:30am to 5:30 pm Weekdays only (I am willing to compromise times but the days stay the same!) I am living with my significant other and I wanna make sure dinner is on the table for him for when he gets home! I am willing to drive within 30 miles of Madison to neighboring towns like Geneva or Painsville. Even Mentor I would consider driving to! I can start immediately!
