I was a babysitter through my teenage years. I raised 2 Grand children (ADHD). I have taken care of a baby at the age of 6 weeks until he was almost 2 years old. ( needed little ones to play with. Mother put him in preschool to be with other children.) I have watched 2 special needs children for a few years. Then I watched a set of twins for 4 years and now that they are in school I still watch them occasionally and sometimes on the weekends. I did crafts and played games with the girls I taught them how to make their beds and they learned manners , their alphabets and numbers. In the summer we went to the parks and played games in the back yard. we also did a lot of coloring. I also learned a lot from my niece who went to college for Read more child care at Ohio State.
