My job isn't just to "watch" children, but to create an environment of stability and care where they feel comfortable to explore and grow. I am a responsible and nurturing person who loves being creative in the everyday. My goals are to engage each child's imagination and cultivate trust. I want to help them develop and learn in their own unique ways. I am a kind, reliable person who parents can count on, and a fun, caring sitter who children can depend on. Child care is more than a job; it is a relationship, and an intertwining of families. Currently I am looking to join a family with my 1-year-old daughter for a part-time position. I have found that bringing my own daughter with me gives all children the opportunity to thrive in learning from each other and growing in friendship. I was with them from their infancy, through my own pregnancy, and afterwards bringing my own daughter to care for all three on a daily basis. It was hard to say goodbye, but I am excited for the opportunity to find another family to love and grow with. Child care has always been a love of mine ever since my first babysitting job when I was eleven. I have babysat for children infant up to teens. I had several summer nanny positions for school-age children while I was attending college. I love the joy and wonder children have, and I enjoy building trusting relationships with them and their parents. As a mother myself, I completely understand how important it is to trust those who care for your child. I look forward to meeting your family!
