My name is Logan Schmitt and I am 18 years old with a serious passion for children! I will be moving back to the New Albany area on January 1st, and am willing to start as early as January 2nd. I am looking for a full time position, and any hours of any day are acceptable for me to work, as I am not starting college back up until mid-august. I have taken care of children for years and absolutely adore it, which is why it was my first choice in a job when I decided I was withdrawing from my university for a semester. I personally cannot think of anything that is more rewarding than having a role in the life of a growing child. A babysitter has a huge effect on the type of people that the children they are caring for become, because they are not just Read more watching over them, they become the closest non-relative role model that the children will have. As a result of being in my care, your child will learn about confidence, trust, and responsibility, as well as many other character traits, as well as having a lot of fun! A unique quality I have as a sitter is helping your child succeed academically. If you just need someone to make sure your children complete their homework, I can do that, but I can also provide a much more in depth role if that is desired. If you have older children, I am incredibly helpful with homework and studying. I got a 32 on my ACT test, which is in the 98th percentile, so if they are of the age where they need to begin, or continue, preparing for standardized tests, I would be of great assistance to them. I am also a graduate of the prestigious New Albany High School, so I am very familiar with their rigorous curriculum, and being a recent graduate, it is fresh in my mind. I also have a lot of experience with healthy meal preparation and exercise, due to myself losing 30 pounds healthily, if those are qualities that are important to your family as well!
