Hello, my name is Kari Ann and I am 25 years young. I began nannying at 17 and have cared for many kiddos of all ages and a range of needs these past 8 years. I prefer to work with the children I'm caring for based on their developmental and emotional needs. I am a Kent State University alumni who studied nursing for three years before redirecting to public health. I am CPR certified and will renew soon. I've recently left work at Akron Children's Hospital as a lab tech in the DNA lab to care for my mom full-time following a traumatic car accident. I am up to date on my influenza and covid vaccine (Pfizer). Following college, I used my psychology minor and worked as a Behavioral Therapist providing ABA therapy to autistic children and well as children with emotional disturbances. I am comfortable carrying out domestic duties around the house such as cleaning, preparing meals, laundry, etc. My hobbies include reading, hiking with my dog, gardening, cooking, watching and playing sports, and spending time with my four year old niece, Eloise.
