I have over 7 years experience working and caring for individuals with developmental and learning disabilities. I am currently a Special Education Assistant at an elementary school. I assist students with daily living skills, assist with implementing daily course work. I have previous experience with assisting individuals with DD in a group home setting with personal care needs, providing excellent care and service to individuals by engaging them on a routine basis and utilize cognitive behavior techniques in order to promote healthy and positive decision making.
