Hi my name is Ciaria James. I am 24 years old and I have been married for almost two years in April. A little over a year ago my husband and I relocated to North East Ohio from Columbus Ohio to assist his parents in ministry. We don't have any children of our own just yet, but we are looking to forward to it. Now that things have calmed down a bit, I am looking forward to working with children again. What I love the most about working with children is getting to love and nurture them. The purity of a child always amazes me and I find that as an adult there is so much to be learned from a child. I have gone down other career paths and caring for children is the only thing that brings fulfillment. Some may see caring for children as not that big Read more of a deal, but nurturing life is one of the best things we can do. Children that are properly loved turn into adults that know how to love properly! I professionally have worked in child care for almost two years. I am CPR certified and am looking to be certified in First Aid as well. The Majority of my experience was working with children ages ranging from infancy to about 5 years of age. I love working with a variety of age groups, but my favorite has to be working with toddlers!! They are so much fun! It's an awesome age group because you get to watch as the learn to become more independent. I truly believe that the "terrible two's" are only so terrible because they are growing up and changing and just like with every transition we go through in life, the act of transitioning isn't always easy.
