I have been caring for children since the age of fifteen. I started with a few of my mom's friends and then by word of mouth, I began babysitting for children from all over the city of Columbus. I worked at my church in the child care center and also volunteered at the youth services. Since then I have had two summer job experiences as a camp counselor, the most recent was last summer at the YMCA. There I we took handled kids 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm. We taught the camp kids the four core values of the YMCA; caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility, through building relationships, games, activities, field trips, and fun.
