I’ve been a paid nanny for 6 years. I’ve had experience with all ages but an emphasis on ages infant to 3 I have had to stick to strict feeding and sleep schedules and doing activities for little ones to develop motor skills. I also have done potty training and have different tricks for each kid(not one kids potty trains the same way and I can adapt to what works best for them) I have been with school age kids and did pick up and drop off and taken them to after school activities and helped with homework.
