Unreliable and unprofessional is what I would call Ashleigh. Ashleigh was suppose to call me Thursday at 8pm for a phone interview. She called me at 8:40pm. She seemed very nice on the phone and I was impressed with her knowledge and work history. I told her what my family could afford and she agreed to do 12.00 dollars an hour. She was already working for a family but wanted to make more money for personal reasons. She never said anything to me about being overcommitted. She said she was trying to add in more families. We were suppose to meet this Sunday between 1230 and 1pm. Around 9:44am she sent me a text saying she had to cancal and was overcommitted. This young lady had two full days to let me know that she cannot make the interview and did not want to work for our family. She was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. She is also not reliable when it comes to time management. She called me 45 late for the phone session for the first interview. I belive it really was the money issue she was not pleased with. We both agreed to 12 dollars an hour. I belive she was making more. If she was not happy with that she should have told me so my family and I did not waste her time or my time. Communication was not her biggest strong point.
