Hi there, my name is Sumer Mertens and I am looking for nanny jobs that will give me full time hours. I currently work at a daycare as a lead teacher of a mixed age classroom. I care for children as young as 6 weeks to as old as 4 years; I have worked at 3 different Daycare's in the past few years. I also have experience working with school age children while I ran after school programs through the boys and Girls Club. I also went through vocational school and obtained my Child Development Associate so I am certified, as well as my CPR and first aid training. My favorite thing to do with children are art projects and reading because I feel as though these two things teach so many lessons about creativity and outlets and overall a great thing for kids to engage in. I'm a very Read more active and outdoors based individual so rest assured, your loved one will receive plenty of exercise.
