I've worked in my local nursery and babysat in my area for years. In college, I volunteered with a local church. I worked in the rooms with children 2 - 8 years old. I have taken children to church camps as a sponsor, ages of the kids were 8-12, and I've worked with youth quite a bit. I like to focus on activities and creating a fun environment. I love working with difficult children mainly because I try to tailor my style to the child. I have a passion for learning new things and trying to keep things challenging and new every day. I've worked retail and customer service for the last two years, and also had a job as a high-risk lab monitor at my college, which included opening the lab and being trusted with a key.
