I have worked part-time and full-time for several different families over the past four years as a nanny/on call babysitter. Whether it was caring for children during weekdays, evenings, or simply providing transportation for children between school, sport activities, tutoring, or whatever else was necessary - I was (and am) always up for it! The summer I nannied full-time was one of the best summers I have ever had. The relationship I built with that family is one that I will always cherish even though they no longer live locally. We are still in touch and I feel so lucky to of had that experience. With that said, I would love to be able to have that kind of relationship again and is the reason I am pursuing nannying again! My schedule is very flexible. I am currently living in Bend, OR but am hoping to relocate in June to Read more either Portland, OR or southern California. As of now I am working in a cardiology department as a medical scribe in order to get hours for nursing school. I recently graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in General Science and a minor in Biology. At the UO I was a dedicated member of a sorority and regularly participated in community service activities within my chapter. Additionally, I occasionally tutor kids between the ages of 18-22 in college level anatomy and physiology. My passion is interacting with people and making a positive impact on their lives. I love being outdoors, being active and getting to know great kids. I am completely comfortable with pets as my parents are veterinarians and love having them around. I also have experience with cooking for children, cleaning, and running errands which I would be happy to do.
