I have always been interested in child development. I have worked up plenty of volunteer hours at Marquis Cares, Pleasant Hill Elementary School, Pleasant Hill Preschool, and Reaching Out Mentoring Program. At age twelve I began babysitting my parents friends' kids, then branched out to find gigs on my own. During high school I contunued babysitting while volunteering at the preschool and elementary school. I have now graduated and am looking for a more stable position as I pursue a bachelors in nursing. I was a volunteer firefighter from age 15- 16. I am CPR/first aid trained, but not certified(I am planning to become certified). I also have my food handlers card as I have worked plenty of fast food jobs as well as a Fire Fighter 1 certification. I am a passionate young woman who has always had a connection with children.
