I currently work in a child care facility as an assistant preschool teacher. I attended nanny school in 2012 after I graduated high school. Ive been working with children sience the age of 12. I have about 3 years experience with in home childcare for one child in which I helped potty train and teach him basic counting skills and the alphabet (we did a lot of other activities that I wont list here, crafts and such). Currently at my child care job I work in a classroom with 20 children, ages 3-4. I assist the lead teacher in learning activities and help the children learn life skills and how to communicate with others. I am seeking a nanny position because I miss the one on one with the children, while i absolutely love the 20 kids I care for in the facility, I love the ability to work closely Read more with each child and that is not possible in a large facility.
