Hi I'm Madeleine and I am currently attending the University of Oregon and plan to major in Public Policy, Planning and Management. For my future I intend to with work in government or pursue education. In the summers I live in Portland, and I love working with children and enjoy learning from their interactions. As a nanny and babysitter I love to to activities with the kids I work with. In high school I participated in a lot of theater and was also a cheerleader, so I find it fun to put on performances and do little dances. I also enjoy baking, crafting and doing science experiments with the children I watch. As a child I always wanted my nannies and babysitters to interact with me more, and keep me and my brother from being bored all day. In the summer it is also fun to do outside activities such Read more as obstacle courses, trips to the park, fun sporting games, and anything age appropriate for the kids I am caring for. I find it important to keep children busy and not parked in front of the television all day everyday. I am certified by the American Red Cross with a babysitter's certificate for basic health, wellness and first aid. I am a responsible, upbeat and caring person.
