My name is Shayla, & I am extremely interested in becoming your Full Time Nanny!! Short version of me: - I’m 28 years young. - Love children. - I am a firm believer that babies heal your soul, whether you know it needs healing or not. - Love children. - Am currently the nanny of an amazing 4 year old boy. I don’t think my smile could get any bigger with this little man. He has brought so much joy to us, especially my parents (65 & 63 years old!). Children have a life & innocent quality that makes you want to leave your inhibitions behind you & follow your dreams. One of the best qualities, that I believe I learned from my Mother, is patience. Patience to listen to children, to notice when something isn’t as it should be for them, to calm a screaming, upset baby in whatever position they need to be in for their tummy to stop hurting, regardless how tired my arms may get.
