Hi there! My name is Sierra, and I have been a hands on, full time nanny/household manager for 7 years now. I live in SE Portland and take full advantage of all the outdoorsy things (plus the undeniably amazing food) there are to do. I finished up school in Boston, MA 5 years ago and have been back in Portland working with kids ever since. I come from a big family with lots of little ones running around, so for me, making the transition to working with kids was a no brainer. I could (and do!) spend all day with children. It's something I find copious amounts of value and honor in. I prefer long term commitments, because I strive to become a staple in the families life + I will without a doubt fall in love with kiddos. I have a resume upon request! I am CPR trained and Read more certified.
