Hello! I've been in Portland for 3 years focusing on school and volunteer efforts, and now I'm ready to get back to work! I have experience working with children with developmental disabilities as well as typically abled children. I have Au pair experience (Sweden), and previous to moving to Sweden, I worked as a behavior technician at applied behavior consultants, a school for autistic children, in Sacramento, California. I also have a Montessori preschool/kindergarten (3 to 6 years old) certificate. Both of my younger brothers, one of which is developmentally disabled, have inspired and invigorated my passion for youth of all abilities. I enjoy sharing my love for reading, writing, crafting, and cooking with children, and I always take advantage of teachable moments when appropriate.
