Hi! My name is Laura. I'm a graduate from PSU; my major was Arts and Letters. For twelve years, I have been working full-time and part-time for several different families with children from 3 months old to 12 years old. My experience also includes participating in the Regional Occupations Program for child care through my high school. I would prefer to work for a family living NW/downtown or close in. I should also mention that I do not have a driver's license (I walk and/or bus everywhere). However, I am comfortable taking the kids out via walking or public transportation (if that's ok with you). I like kids and tend to get a good response from them. I am positive, mellow, nurturing, light-hearted, and I handle stress well. I am CPR trained. I have lots of experience with cloth diapers.
