My name is Stacy White. I have been working with children for the past 10 years, I started in high school as a baby sitter and coaching. I recieved my teaching certificate from WWU in 2011. I have been in the Portland area for over a year now. I have been a part-time nanny and have had wonderful experiences. I have worked with infants-11 year olds as a nanny, however, being a previous teacher, I have worked with all ages and multiple children at a time. As a nanny or babysitter I like to engage with the kids doing various different activities whether it is arts/crafts, reading, outdoor activities, sports, and board games. I do not depend on TV or electronics as a way to keep the kids entertained. Most families I have worked with I have used little to no TV. On my free time I like to cook, Read more bake, play sports and read. I moved down to Oregon for my boyfriends job which is when I started using sittercity and care for various jobs. I have two cats and grew up with animals so animals are completely fine with me. I have a reliable car to transport myself around and kids.
