Hi there my name is Cameron Browne & I’m an 18 year old graduate from the Ridgeview HS C/O 2016! I have at least 11+ years of personal babysitting (cousins, siblings, nieces/nephews) experience and 4+ professionally. I have worked with the entire age range from 1 day old infants, to kids the same age/older than me that just needed a little extra help (or were special needs/developmentally challenged). I have always had a knack for being a child magnet, I can almost always garner a smile from the fussiest of little ones to the kids that are a little older & are in mid meltdown mode. My patience and kind heart/demeanor are my strongest attributes for this occupation. We struggled quite a bit in the beginning because I was already in full financial charge of my own life by the age of 15 so adding a 6’4” growing young man that eats like he’s pregnant sure started out challenging. Now I rent a 2 bedroom house alone, and just recently bought myself a new KIA SUV! Just looking for a job that will strike my passion rather than solely providing a paycheck. I have professional cleaning experience as well that I know is requested with certain similar positions. My patience and calm attitude are perfect for helping a child who needs a little homework help, we identify the weak points and figure out a solution together without letting anger arise! Being upset won’t help me teach, and won’t encourage them to soak up the information being taught.. that’s where the comforting demeanor is a winning factor.
