When I was seventeen, I moved in with my sister to be her live-in nanny for my newborn niece. That eased me into the world of being a nanny. A close friend and neighbor asked me to start watching her five month old son along with my niece and they became best friends and still are to this day; Seven years later. I worked for that friend on and off for the next three years. Eventually I became a live-in nanny for a dual military family who had a nine month old son and five year old daughter. Frequently, I would watch children of their friends as well and, on occasion, I would have the two kids, my niece, and my friend's son in my care. I love them all like they are my own.
