I am currently a stay at home mom to a 17 month old boy and looking to care for another child part-time. I graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. I have over 10 years babysitting experience for all ages and over 7 years of experience working with children birth to 5 in an NAEYC accredited center. I have known ever since I was a young child that I wanted to be a teacher/work with kids. It never ceases to amaze me the rapid development of children and how rewarding it is to watch them grow and obtain new skills. I highly value the importance of creating a loving, nurturing environment where children feel safe to engage, trust and thrive. Becoming a mom has reinforced my love of young mind and values.
