Hello! For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to work with children in some capacity. Growing up I volunteered with many different programs to work with children. Some of these included national honors society, my churches nursery, and my sports teams. I also volunteered in college to help out at a local school. I taught basic health and nutrition to a class of 4th and 5th graders during an after school program. After college, I moved on to work in licensed childcare facilities. I have 3 years experience as a toddler teacher. I also worked for 2 years at an IB charter school as an education assistant. I was mostly a reading specialist and worked with children of all ages. I have obtained infant, child, and adult first aid and cpr. I also have my food handlers card. I look forward to meeting with you.
