I am a very fun, loving person. I love to play and think outside the box when it comes to learning techniques. I am caring, responsible and very alert! I attend Lehigh Carbon Community College for Early Childhood Education and am expected to graduate next semester. I enjoy being silly, talking, going for walks, playing in the park, reading children stories and laughing. I like to play on the floor and making up random games to play with children. I absolutely love working with children from infants to Preschool! Their interest and eagerness in understanding the world around them fascinates me.
I don't mind helping around the house when I am not busy nor do I mind using my car for transportation. I also have an amazing 6-year-old daughter who is in first grade.
I have experience in both group and individual settings. I worked as a preschool teacher in a Nayce 2-star childcare center for five years. I was responsible for a classroom of 15 children. I observed, recorded and discussed development growth of each child monthly and used my observations to create individualized learning objectives for each. I also have 6 years' experience as a long-term professional nanny (been with my current family for two years now).
