I've been with my current family for almost three years now, and my part-time family for four years as of May this year. I also have been blessed with the opportunity to travel on summer vacation with my part-time family which is always a good, fun time that I and the children look forward to. The youngest little girl I watch full-time, I have been with since she was 6 months old. She recently turned three at the beginning of the month. I am responsible for getting them both up, fed, dressed and out the door for school/camp on a daily basis. I also drive them to any activities during the time I have them in my care. I'm a very organized person and daily menus for meals are created based on each child's eating habits. I babysit on weekends for some families I met while being employed at The Goddard School. Between all the families I watch, I have 14 kids. I know, that's a lot of children! But I love and care for them all as if they were my own. Each child is different, with different strengths and weaknesses, which is what makes them so unique and awesome! I have a passion and gift for working with kids that have more weaknesses than strengths and I try to bring the best out of each child, building them up to hold their heads high and to be proud of themselves. I love molding an independent, confident child no matter how old or young! We always have fun, but I am very keen on structure. Both kids and parents love it, and it makes everyone's time more enjoyable! I consider my skills as a gift and take great pride in what I do!
