I have had experience in childcare all through high school and post-college. In high school I took care of 2 children (2yo and 9yo), all during the summer time. Additionally, during the school year I would take care of various children during the evening on an as needed basis. Post-college I worked at Skyzone trampoline park, where I was in charge of entertaining large groups of children of all ages, as well as ensuring their safety. Most recently I have been helping care for an infant in the mornings, mostly doing play time and one feeding. Although I am no longer CPR and first aid certified, I was a lifeguard and student athletic trainer during my school years. I feel confident in my ability to handle emergency situation should one arise. I also enjoy outdoor activities including running, biking, and hiking. When I am not being physically active, I enjoy reading and drawing.
